As part of our Global Care product, we've teamed up with ECA International to give companies essential information in support of expatriate staff management. ECA International is the world's largest membership organisation for international human resources, serving a global network of over 4000 HR professionals in 35 countries. ECA's expertise offers all the information and support required to manage international assignments with maximum efficiency. As a Global Care customer, you'd be entitled to the following services from ECA International - as part of your corporate Global Care Policy.
- Access to a range of country profiles from ECA, providing practical information for employees considering taking an international assignment, and for their use throughout the assignment. The profiles also act as a useful briefing document for HR managers
- A library of articles giving practical and expert insight into managing international assignments
- A HR Helpline to answer straightforward questions relating to the above ECA information
Access to ECA's Consultancy Team
Further ECA services are also available to Norwich Union Healthcare's corporate Global Care policyholders at an additional charge, providing global data and solutions for international assignment management. Services include*:
- Advice on international HR policy options and best practice
- Assignment costings, salary calculations, cost of living, benefits, tax and social security
- Practical assistance and advice in the administration of international assignments
- Job evaluation and market-rate salary data
- Software and applications for effective salary management.
* These services, if requested, would form the subject of a separate contract between you and ECA, outside of the terms of your Global Care policy.
